Keep Your Sanity! Day 4 with B.L. Brown @HaloOrangees & #Giveaway

Welcome to Day 4 with B.L. Brown! We've been learning so much and yesterday's post was excellent advice for maintaining healthy relationships. Today, we are learning how to keep our sanity, a great topic especially for this time of year. Welcome back B.L.!

Tips for a Healthy Mind & To Keep Your Sanity

Halo-Orangees’ book is full of motivational power. This book will change your life both personally and professionally. On-the-job stress is never easy to handle. It is hard to enter a place every day in which the outcome is always a negative one.

When you work in an environment that has a black cloud of stress throughout the entire organization, apply these Halo-Orangees’ Daily Meditation Moments. Stress will no longer control my life. Stress will no longer adversely impact my days. Stress will no longer destroy my vision, drive my career, or override my thoughts. Stress will no longer handicap me, cause me serious bodily harm, or cause me emotional pain and suffering. Stress will no longer determine my reactions. Stress will no longer impinge upon my sleep, creating endless sleepless nights. Stress will no longer immobilize my style. Stress will no longer punish me, force me into a life of imprisonment, or bring me down. Stress will no longer order me around. Stress will no longer force daily visits upon me. Stress will no longer be a prescribed drug made especially for me. Stress is no longer the unlicensed psychologist counseling me.

Tomorrow is the beginning of a fresh start with a new perspective, meaning, “Don’t allow the attitude and actions of yesterday to dictate your tomorrow.” Carrying the baggage of yesterday into a new day can affect your attitude and create unnecessary stress (Author B.L. Brown).

A healthy mind starts with self-awareness. Self-awareness is being mindful of who you are, the good and the bad. Self-awareness in an individual is a critical component because when a person has a clear understanding of himself or herself and recognize negative characteristics, they are encouraged to make a positive change. The benefit of understanding the value of the mindset is life changing. A constructive mindset can unlock elite doors of opportunities.

Halo “Stress-Free, One Accord” Mantra
Halo-Orangees believes that in order to cultivate an environment that promotes the “one accord” team vision of partnership, longevity, and productivity among employers and employees, organizations must adopt and incorporate wellness plan, which includes invoking a “stress-free, one-accord” corporate mantra for everyone to embrace and live daily. One of Halo-Orangees motto is “Today, I choose to live stress-free.” These words should be posted throughout organizations to remind management and employees alike that they are on the same team, working on one accord, with a singleness of purpose for a common goal.

Organizations must adopt a stress-free wellness plan. All team members should sign a no-stress pledge. This plan should include employer-employee group meetings that aid endless moral support. Therefore, there is no need for anyone to be stressed about coming to work or about any activities associated with work, regardless of challenges they face throughout each day. This will help managers be completely transparent with employees, helping them grow and develop within organizations. This will help employees put their best foot forward and give 100%, knowing they can trust their managers to support them. The “stress-free, one accord” mantra should be introduced in the interview process. It should also be branded, practiced, and incorporated into organizations’ core values and standards worldwide. Halo-Orangees comprehensive wellness plan will be released in the next edition of employer-employee “one accord” Volume II. Join Halo-Orangees’ “stress-free, one accord” wellness movement, and journey with us in living in total health and prosperity.

I don't think people realize how much damage stress can be for your health. It has practically killed mine.
